An international market leader (un-named to respect private owner confidentiality) in designing and executing pyrotechnic events selected Yosemite Associates to help them manage their exit campaign. Being a market leader, the company continually received interest from international entertainment companies wanting to discuss acquisition. The ownership decided it was time to begin entertaining the approaches but they needed to prepare personally and professionally to ensure they could maximize their exit.
