LARRY O’TOOLE
Founder & CEO
Larry O’Toole has long been obsessed with the challenge of navigating ambiguity to create growth.
Business growth, and growth in business worth.

In his most recent CEO role, Larry led a privately held manufacturing & engineering company through a campaign preparing for an owner exit. Larry and his team exceed owner expectations, successfully delivering several hundred million dollars at time of exit.
Larry serves as a member of the Board Directors with companies in market sectors including biopharma, IoT/Internet of things, medical devices, aerospace & defense, and facility security, such as KLATU Networks and Space Micro, and as a member of the Advisory Board of Instakey Security Systems. He previously served as a member of the Board of Cryoport Corporation [NASDQ: CRYX].
Larry also advises the Board of Trustees of the Marc Sanders Foundation based in New York, and the TeenZ on Board philanthropic based in Southern California.

Larry is well known for providing audiences with rich advice and insights related to business strategy, owner exit planning and leadership.
