Exit Planning Institute awards Larry O'Toole the CEPA certification
In addition to the years of M&A experience that Larry O'Toole has gained as CEO of various manufacturing and service related businesses, in January 2023 Larry attended the Exit Planning Institute's (EPI) exit planner certification program. This program is designed to enable advisors to guide private company owners on their journey of preparing themselves personally and financially as well as prepare their businesses for a euphoric future exit event.
